When it's false, enter and tab keystrokes will be used to navigate across cells, just like when the editor box is disabled. When it's true, enter and tab keystrokes will be used to navigate the text within a single cell when the editor box is on.
The old Insert Row(s) and Insert Column(s) commands were renamed to Insert Row(s) Before and Insert Column(s) Before. Their shortcuts are ctrl+enter and ctrl+shift+enter.
